This is the only product available that address two very common life long diseases in cats. I tried a homemade kidney diet with novel proteins, even egg, and nothing worked. And, my cat loves this food.

Came in a reasonable amount of time and was the correct food and size
My cat has been on this food for about a year now, ever since he lost partial kidney function and started having renal troubles. It definitely helps him.

Expensive for a small bag of cat food understanding it is a specialty, prescriptive diet food. It took my cat awhile to take to it, but he's adapted.

My vet recommended this specific Royal Canin Multifunction product for my senior Siamese, MoJo. He's got some kidney and pancreas issues as an older kitty, unfortunately. He's a pretty finicky eater but he really likes this dry food, thank goodness! He's seems to be feeling better as well so both MoJo and I are happy campers

Finally, a food for cats with two issues. First off, I didn't give it a 5 star because we just started it, my cat isn't even at the full serving level yet. He wants to be, though. I must say, for a cat who just plain loves food in general, he is CRAZY about this one. Apparently it's so good my other cat craves it too, so I must give some to him as a treat.
